Project Gateway provides a SaaS platform designed for Philippine general dentistry clinics. Our services include patient recall automation, nurture sequences, appointment management tools, analytics dashboards, and related clinic growth infrastructure. Specific features, pricing tiers, and access levels are described on our website and may change over time with notice.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
Certain features of our platform require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@projectgateway.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
Project Gateway operates from the Philippines. Your use of our platform is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act 8792), the Consumer Act (Republic Act 7394), and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of our services.
Access to paid features of Project Gateway requires a subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and included features are described at the point of purchase. All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy or required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Refund eligibility, if any, is described at the point of purchase for each product or plan. Digital products and SaaS subscriptions are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by Philippine consumer protection law. To request a refund consideration, contact info@projectgateway.com with your order details within the period stated at purchase.
All content, software, trademarks, logos, methodologies, and materials available through projectgateway.ph are the exclusive property of Project Gateway or our licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without prior written permission.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal clinic operations only.
If you submit content to our platform (patient data, feedback, support tickets, or similar), you represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights, applicable law, or these Terms. You retain ownership of your data. We claim no ownership over patient data you input. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle and protect data.
You agree not to:
As a dental clinic operator, you are the data controller for patient records processed through our platform. You are responsible for obtaining proper patient consent for the use of automated communications, recall messages, and any data-driven outreach facilitated by our tools. We act as a data processor on your behalf. Our obligations as a processor are described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement available on request.
Our platform may integrate with third-party services such as calendar tools, SMS gateways, payment processors, and communication platforms. Your use of those integrations is subject to the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
We aim to maintain high availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency patches, or infrastructure events outside our control may result in temporary downtime. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where feasible.
The platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. No content on our platform constitutes legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Project Gateway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Project Gateway, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we determine in our sole discretion to be harmful to the platform or other users. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting info@projectgateway.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees except as required by law.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or add features to the platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes that affect their subscription. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website. Your use of our website constitutes consent to our Cookies Policy, available at projectgateway.ph/cookies.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, pandemics, power failures, or other force majeure events.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in the future.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and any executed agreements or order forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Project Gateway regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings or agreements.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
We may provide notices to you via the email address associated with your account or by posting a notice on the platform. Notices from you to Project Gateway must be sent to info@projectgateway.com and are effective upon our receipt.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or by the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, depending on the nature and amount of the claim. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, you agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
