Project Gateway is a Philippine-based company whose primary market is the Philippines. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we require additional time (up to a further 45 days), we will notify you with an explanation. To protect your privacy and security, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Authorized agent requests must include written proof of authorization, and we may require direct verification from you to confirm the agent's authority.
Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. There is no universally accepted standard for how websites should interpret DNT requests.
