Project Gateway ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website projectgateway.ph and the Project Gateway SaaS platform for Philippine dental clinics. We are a personal information controller as defined under Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected through projectgateway.ph, our platform, our email communications, webinars, and any other services we provide. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from our platform, which have their own privacy practices.

8. Payment Processing

All payment transactions on projectgateway.ph are processed by Salig.ai, our payment processor for Philippine transactions. When you make a purchase, your payment information is transmitted directly to Salig.ai and is subject to their privacy policy and security standards. 9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer necessary, we delete or anonymize it securely. Specifically:

Account and subscription data: retained for the duration of your subscription plus 5 years for legal compliance purposes
Transaction records: retained for 5 years as required by Philippine accounting and tax regulations
Support communications: retained for 2 years
Usage and analytics data: retained for up to 26 months in aggregated or anonymized form

10. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, regular security assessments, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that requires notification under applicable law, we will notify affected individuals and the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines in accordance with required timelines.

Our servers are primarily located in the Philippines. 13. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.
