The Patient Bridge Audit

Find out what happens to a new patient before they ever reach your front desk

We contact your clinic the way a real patient does. Google, Facebook, your website form, your phone line. We record how long each one takes to answer, and what the answer actually says. Then we send you a private report on where the inquiries are going.

What we actually do

Four tests, run from the outside

Nothing here touches your practice management system, your records, or your staff logins. We only use the same public doors a patient uses.

TEST 01

Google

We find your clinic the way a patient in your city finds it, then send a message through your Google Business Profile and time the reply. We also check what your profile shows: hours, photos, services, reviews, and whether anyone answers them.

TEST 02

Facebook

We message your page as a new patient asking about a common procedure and a price. We time the first response, and we read what it says. Most clinics answer eventually. Very few answer while the patient is still deciding.

TEST 03

Website

We submit your contact or booking form and wait. We check whether the form even delivers, where it delivers, and how long the silence lasts. A form that goes nowhere is the most expensive thing on a clinic website.

TEST 04

Phone

We call your published number during clinic hours and after hours. We count the rings, we note who picks up, and we record what a patient hears when nobody does.

What the report maps

The three leaks we check every clinic for

Every clinic we have audited leaks in at least one of these three places. None of them show up in your books, because a patient who never books never appears anywhere.

The Inquiry Leak

Patients who message, call, or fill out a form and get an answer too late, or never. They do not complain. They just book somewhere else.

The Scheduling Leak

Interested patients who are never converted into an actual slot, plus the chairs that sit empty because no one filled a cancellation.

The Follow-up Leak

Treatment plans presented and never followed up, and patients who have not been back in a year that nobody has contacted.

What you get

A private report, then a call to walk you through it

The report is yours whether or not we ever work together. Nothing in it is generic.

1. Your audit report

A private page built for your clinic only. Not indexed, not shared, not published.

  • Timestamped log of every message, form, and call we made
  • Actual response times, side by side
  • Screenshots of what a patient sees on Google, Facebook, and your site
  • Which of the three leaks are open, and where
  • A worksheet to convert the findings into your own peso figure, using your case values

2. Your clarity call

Thirty minutes on Zoom, after you have read the report. We go through the findings, you ask questions, and you leave with a plan you can run yourself.

  • Held by the Project Gateway team, with your referring partner able to sit in
  • Diagnostic, not a sales call. If nothing is broken, we will say so
  • No obligation to buy anything, on the call or after

You book the call slot right after you submit the form below. The report lands in your inbox before the call.

The offer

₱5,000 to the public. Free if you were invited.

The Patient Bridge Audit is a paid service. It takes our team several hours of real work per clinic, so the public price is ₱5,000. Partners who invite you can waive it in full. Enter their code in the form and the fee drops to zero. Nothing is charged, and no card is collected.

Tell us where to knock

We only need the public doors to your clinic. No logins, no passwords, no patient records, and no access to your systems. If a field does not apply to your clinic, leave it blank and we will note that as a finding.

This is the line we will call as a patient.
Search your clinic in Google Maps, tap Share, then Copy link. Leave blank if you do not have one, and that becomes finding number one.
The page patients message, not your personal profile.
Leave blank to be invoiced at the standard ₱5,000.

Quick answers

Will my staff know you are testing them?
That is your call. The audit is more accurate if the team does not know the timing, because it captures a normal day. Nothing we do is a trick. We ask ordinary patient questions, we never book a fake appointment, and we tell you exactly what we sent and when. If you would rather brief your team first, tell us on the form and we will still run it.
How long does it take?
Three working days from the time you submit, because the after-hours tests need to run on a real evening and a real weekend. You will get the report link by email, and your clarity call is normally set for a few days after that so you have time to read it.
Do you need access to anything?
No. Everything is done from the outside, through the same public channels your patients use. We will never ask you for a password. If anyone claiming to be from Project Gateway asks you for one, that is not us, and we would like to know about it.
Is this really free?
With a valid partner code, yes, and no card is collected. Without a code, the audit is ₱5,000 and we will send you a payment link before any work starts. Either way, the report is yours to keep and there is nothing you have to buy afterward.
What if the audit finds nothing wrong?
Then you get that in writing, and you can stop reading there. We have audited clinics where the phone was answered in two rings every time. It is rarer than you would think, and it is worth knowing.
